Hero 5G. Continuous connectivity for business

For modern businesses, network downtime is no longer acceptable. A lost connection means interrupted operations, failed payments, disconnected teams, and dissatisfied customers.

Whether it’s a retail store processing transactions, a hotel providing guest Wi-Fi, or a remote office connecting to headquarters, stable internet access has become a fundamental business requirement.

Hero 5G is designed for companies that require continuous internet access, professional Wi-Fi performance, and robust security — regardless of location or provider reliability.

The new Hero 5G (KN-4110) combines AX3000 Wi-Fi 6, integrated dual-SIM 5G connectivity, Multi-Gigabit Ethernet, and the powerful KeeneticOS platform in a single professional networking device.

It brings together the speed of next-generation mobile networks with the reliability, flexibility, and security expected from a modern business router.

Always online with dual-SIM 5G and Multi-WAN

Connectivity interruptions can bring business operations to a halt. Hero 5G eliminates this risk by combining integrated 5G connectivity with intelligent Multi-WAN management.

The router features a built-in Unisoc V510 5G modem with dual-SIM support, allowing it to alternate between two mobile providers as failover for increased reliability.
The router can automatically switch between SIM cards when needed, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity if one mobile network becomes unavailable.

Hero 5G can work with multiple internet sources — wired, 5G, or 4G — and automatically switch between them when necessary.

If the primary wired connection fails, the router instantly performs a failover to the 5G network, keeping all services, VPN connections, and active sessions online without interruption.

External high-gain antennas with SMA connectors also allow businesses to connect professional MIMO antennas, ensuring stable connectivity even in remote locations or buildings with challenging signal conditions.

Key benefits:
Dual-SIM 5G connectivity for maximum redundancy
    Automatic failover and load balancing
Up to 1 Gbps over 5G
    Up to 600 Mbps over 4G Cat.12

Fast and seamless Wi-Fi for demanding environments

Modern offices and commercial spaces often have dozens — or even hundreds — of connected devices.

Powered by Wi-Fi 6 AX3000, Hero 5G delivers high throughput, low latency, and reliable wireless performance for up to 256 connected devices.

Support for 802.11k/r/v roaming technologies enables seamless device transitions between access points. This is particularly valuable in environments such as offices, hotels, retail spaces, and co-working environments where users move throughout the building.

Hero 5G can also become part of a Keenetic Mesh system, working together with other Keenetic routers or access points to create a unified Wi-Fi network with consistent coverage across the entire premises.

Enterprise-grade security made simple

Security is a critical requirement for modern networks — especially when business data, payments, and cloud services are involved.

Hero 5G integrates security at every level of the network architecture.

Businesses can easily segment the network into separate zones for employees, guest Wi-Fi, and IoT infrastructure. This isolation prevents potential threats from spreading across the entire network.

Additional security features include:
    Built-in firewall
    DoS attack protection
    Automatic security updates
Secure remote access using bank-grade HTTPS certificates

Together, these features help protect business networks from both internal and external threats.

Built-in VPNs for offices, branches, and remote teams

Many companies today operate across multiple locations or support hybrid and remote work.

Hero 5G includes a complete set of professional VPN technologies, allowing businesses to securely connect offices, branch locations, and remote employees.

Supported VPN protocols include:
    WireGuard
    IPsec
    OpenVPN
    SSTP
    L2TP over IPsec
    GRE

This allows organizations to build secure site-to-site networks or provide safe remote access for employees working from home or on the road.

KeeneticOS and cloud management

At the core of Hero 5G is KeeneticOS, Keenetic’s proprietary operating system designed for long-term stability, flexibility, and security.

KeeneticOS features a modular architecture with automatic updates and continuously expanding capabilities, extending the product lifecycle and keeping the network protected from new vulnerabilities.

With the Keenetic mobile app and the free Remote Monitoring and Management platform, IT administrators can easily monitor and manage multiple locations and networks from a single interface.

More than a router: a complete work platform

Hero 5G is designed to be more than just a connectivity device.

It includes:
    • 1 × 2.5G Ethernet port
    • 4 × Gigabit Ethernet ports
    • 2 × USB ports

By connecting a USB drive, businesses can create a secure file server for backups, document sharing, multimedia streaming up to 4K, and personal cloud access from anywhere.

With routing performance of up to 1800 Mbps (IPoE/PPPoE), intelligent traffic prioritization via IntelliQoS, and support for captive portals, Hero 5G is also well suited for high-traffic environments such as cafés, hotels, and retail locations.

Designed for real business scenarios

Hero 5G is designed for a wide range of real-world business environments:
    Small and medium-sized offices
    Retail and POS locations
    Hospitality and guest Wi-Fi networks
    Remote or temporary work sites
    Hybrid and smart working environments

By combining high-speed mobile connectivity, powerful Wi-Fi, advanced security, and centralized management, Hero 5G ensures that business networks stay online — even when traditional connections fail.
